A hearing is se ugg t for Oct. 17.That temporarily halted an order the judge issued earlier granting joint legal custody of the 9-year-old boy to registered sex offender Christopher Mirasolo, 27, CBS Detroit reports.                                        The victim s attorney Rebecca Kiessling told theDetroit Newsthe custody decision was  insane.  The judge also restricted the child s domicile and residence, disclosed the rape victim s home address to her rapist, and ordered his name on the birth certificate mdash; all without the mother s consent or any opportunity to be heard,  she said.                Christopher Mirasolo                                                      Michigan Department of Corrections                                        Kiessling filed objections Friday with Ross.  skechers  Nothing has been right about this since it was originally investigated.
