6 j' j" ^% ]( W: i1 G' [ MILWAUKEE 鈥?An off-duty Milwaukee Police Department MPD detective was arr stanley cup ested for sexual assault on Thursday, police say.Milwaukee police say they are investigating a sexual assault investigation that occurred around 12:30 a.m. near Water and Buffalo.Police said an off-duty MPD member was a stanley cups rrested regarding a sexual assault allegation. The member was placed on full suspension. According to the arrest record, the detective was taken into custody early Thursday morning. In the report, officers say an unnamed woman claimed the detective slapped her on the buttocks and then reached under her clothing squeeze her buttocks鈥? and she felt the back of the detective s hand touch her vaginal area. The report says the woman had a panic attack and had to be escorted outside. During an interview with police, the officer on the scene said the woman was shaking and crying during their interview.The detective was released on a $250 cash bail later Thursday morning, according to documents acquired by the I-Team. The investigation will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney s Office DA . The DA s Office tells the I-Team it has not filed charges yet. Until the DA files formal charges, TMJ4 News will not use the officer s name.In an unrelated incident, a second MPD employee was arrested just hours earlier.An off-duty sworn MPD member was arrested in the 3700 block of W.
