A search warrant that cleared the way for theraid of a Kansas newspaperlast Friday has been withdrawn, according toScripps News Kansas City.Marion County Attorney Joel Ensey withdrew the warrant that served as the basisfor the raidof the Marion County Record, conducted by the Marion Police Department. JOCO Election Commissioner Connie Schmidt says that people who requested mail-in ballot should not take part in advance voting.  She says that if people go vote in-person because they haven t yet received their mail-in ballot, they will have to vote on a provisional ballot, which takes extra resources.         If you requested a mail ballot - please wait and vote that ballot.
